How to increase mental strength

The more you have strength, the more your body becomes black if you have a white body as in this picture. You can remove this energy if you want your body stays more white. If you think again about hard situations that you have lived in the past, or hard things that you have succeeded to do in the past, you can create strength for example. Try to do it before to read the following. You create strength when you think that you are capable to do things that you didn’t feel capable to do before that. The strength energy is a black energy, the body becomes blacker at one point if you have a lot of strength. Like in the picture, it’s this energy, a white body with a lot of strength. With all the strength that I have created during my missions, my body can become totally black even with my god body at the maximal size.

Mental strength and strength are also useful to be more imposing and be more in security. 

The strength energy is useful to:

• Be more imposing
• You feel more capable to do harder things, things that you didn’t feel capable to do before 
• More security
• To have a blacker body, it’s so possible to alternate between black and white body
• Mental strength and strength are necessary to learn some attacks and protections. 

Some exercises are proposed to increase mental strength. I have tested all the exercises that are proposed in these simulations. 

1/ Simulations/exercises

The goal is to lead you to believe that you are stronger than what you thought by pushing your limits. Each time you really reach this thought, you create strength and increase your mental strength. If you stop the exercise before your limit, you don’t really reach this thought. This thought sometimes happens after the exercise or a long time after, when you become aware that you are stronger than what you believed. The more the exercise is impressive and surpasses what you imagined yourself capable of doing, the more you create strength. 

Exercises to increase mental strength:

• Resistance to fights 
  • Some exercises will be proposed
• Resistance to hard situations of life 
  • When you are fed up of something, a situation, instead of complaining, increase your strength/think that you are stronger than that to have more margin the next time. A complain is your limit for one situation that you don’t like, if you push your limits when you want to complain, you hold on longer without complaining, so you become stronger. 
  • When you feel not capable of doing something that you really want to do, it’s possible to increase your mental strength/create strength instead of giving up. You will feel capable of doing that at one point if you continue to increase your mental strength.
  • When you want to give up something that you have started and that you really want to do, it’s possible to increase mental strength/create strength too, you will feel more capable of continuing.
• It’s possible to increase mental strength also with sports when you really push your limits, or competitions
• Resistance to extreme temperatures increase mental strength, like cold water, cold temperature in a room without heating in winter, etc. Because you push your limits progressively and are more resistant to uncomfort so it’s a possibility. Don’t take too many risks with cold temperatures.
• To stop an addiction increases mental strength too. The most the addiction is serious the most it increases mental strength.
