To alternate between positive, neutral and negative phases is the key

To summarize, when you are in the excess of something, it’s often risky. When you are in the excess of destructive activities for example, it’s risky, it’s why it’s recommended to alternate with constructive activities. This next example is about food but it works for many other things: to eat too much positive food/constructive food/alkalizing food  without alternating with destructive food/negative food/acidifying food can be risky, because your body can become too alkaline, and this can cause a disease like alkalose, it’s another type of excess, the excess of constructive things. It’s the same thing for the other activities that are not about food. It’s the proof that to alternate is the key. On the contrary, when you eat too much destructive food/negative food/acidifying food, it sometimes creates the disease of acidosis because the body can become too acidic, so it confirms that to alternate is the key. 

1/ If you are positive and you want to start to alternate between positive, neutral and negative phases

it’s possible in this case to be in negative phases but with a low destructive effect. For example, you can:

  • Take a negative energy of your choice in this list, by doing that you will have the negative energy until that you take again the positive energy or the neutral energy
  • Take a negative style 
  • Spend time with some people who have the negative energy too and who start to alternate for example
  • Do negative activities like to watch negative movies, listen negative musics, etc
  • If you do that at the beginning, the destructive effect is extremely low, or it’s not destructive, which means that it’s not risky, and it’s useful to alternate. Negative phases are satisfying too if you avoid traps. 

The negative energy is great before the state of loss of control or even the state of uncontrolled addiction impulses, the extreme of the negative energy is the most risky if it’s not controlled, without taking a step back from the situation and without compensating with positive behaviours. Some people think that they are at the extreme of the negative energy while there are much more extremist people, some people create wars with soldiers who have been forced to lose memory and who fight in their dimension for example, or some people create viruses created in laboratories to kill massively some people for example, these are example but it’s possible to find many other examples,  some limits must not be crossed. It’s possible to notice when you start to be too attracted by the dark side/the negative side without realizing it and when it starts to be too risky. But at the beginning it’s clearly not risky. To alternate is the key.

2/ If you are negative and you want to start to alternate

it’s possible to choose new positive styles for example if you don’t like the positives that you have seen in the past, many positive styles are imposing. It’s possible to succeed and like directly to alternate.

If you don’t know where to start, it’s possible:

  • To alternate with positive styles, by doing that you will have the positive energy until you take again the negative energy
  • It’s also possible to take one of these positive energy in this list
  • And spend time with some people who start to alternate with positive phases too. Don’t need to read other positive teachings to succeed in positive phases, the energies of your style make 90% of the work. If you don’t know what to do with the positive energy, it’s possible to do negative activities like to watch a negative movie, etc but by having the positive energy, so that you are positive socially. Many negative women are in this case, they do negative activities but they have the neutral or positive energy, it means that they have mostly good intentions, or neutral intentions, and less bad intentions. Many people who alternate in our group do that too, they do negative activities but by having the positive energy, it’s still a positive phase, because you have the positive energy, it’s a positive phase with a low constructive effect.

It’s still possible to be in positive phases with a high constructive effect by doing positive activities, which is possible:

  • By watching positive movies (many movies promote constructive behaviours, for example Lord of the rings, Avatar, etc, these are positive movies, even if there are negative parts in the movies)
  • By playing to positive games (some games are about protecting some people, some games promote more constructive behaviours than destructive behaviours, assassin’s Creed Odyssey is a positive game, the main character fights against a destructive government, it’s positive)
  • A lot of sports are constructive for the body like running, etc
  • By listening positive musics 
  • Spend time with some people who are in a positive phase too
  • Respectful sexuality/constructive sexuality
  • All what is constructive for you
  • It’s possible to start with these activities, it will be much more motivating to alternate with positive phases later.

It’s also possible to be in positive phases by alternating between negative and positive activities, the most important in positive phases is to be positive socially, the activities are often not too destructive, even negative activities, it’s not destructive to watch a negative movie, listen to negative musics, etc.

To alternate is the lifestyle that works the most, I don’t talk about that just because it’s proven scientifically.
